   Customer Cancellation

   Orders can be cancelled anytime until delivery. Buyers may also refuse the package at the doorstep. Once delivered and accepted, cancellation is not allowed; however, returns can be requested via our Return Policy.

   Refunds

   • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
   • COD Orders: No refund is required for cancellation.

   HalaFashion Cancellation

   In rare cases, HalaFashion may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, invalid address, or suspected fraud. If prepaid, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
